I stayed close to Le Building while attending the Grand Prix in Spa. This unassuming brasseries in a cute flat iron'ish building was my 2nd home for a few days. I did find my way to several other restaurants in the area, however the service and atmosphere couldn't be matched. There is a wonderful traditional menu and a good selection of local beers and wine. Some items are available only by reservation. My mother and myself watched the World Cup final here and it was as comfortable as in my own living room. This I would say was my favorite aspect, the employees - I must also include the local patrons - were especially friendly and engaging. I rarely snap a photo of the food in front of me but here I did. The ham hock was absolutely perfect, as well as unexpected from this establishments. The price was quite agreeable too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
