Le Chardenoux, a fine dining spot in Paris, offers innovative French cuisine with a focus on seafood. The ambiance is welcoming and the interior design is classic French bistro style with a touch of modernity. While the prices are above average, the quality of the products used justifies it. Located off the beaten track, Le Chardenoux is a neighborhood establishment popular among locals. Outdoor seating is available for those who prefer to dine al fresco.

Start with the crispy crab avocado toast or the sliced octopus with jalapeño and radishes. For mains, try the langoustine ravioli in a light broth or the monkfish roasted with fresh soy and tandoori cream. The vanilla bean mashed potato is a must-try side dish. The wine list is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable in pairing wine with each dish. Cocktails such as the rose and soft drinks are also available.

For dessert, indulge in the mille feuille with vanilla and praline pecan nuts or the warm chocolate "biscuit" with passion fruit juice. Cyril Lignac's patisserie is conveniently located across the street for those who want to take a slice of Parisian pastry home. Overall, Le Chardenoux is a charming place to enjoy a memorable meal with impeccable service.

We had a good lunch. The advantage in the middle of July with the preparation for the Olympics is that we were not on top of each other. Pleasant service. The virgin sauce lacked pep. With coffee we would have appreciated a little biscuit or other sweet note, especially in the establishment of the famous pastry chef Cyril Lignac ! We will come back.
