This was one of the worst catering experiences I have ever had. I ordered catering expecting a professional, high-end service. What I received was a complete failure. The food arrived in a van with NO cooling, even though I ordered fish dishes. This is dangerous, unacceptable, and shows total lack of professionalism. The main courses were served on basic plates, not in hot dishes or warmers — everything was cold. The cakes arrived destroyed, and the foie gras was black, disgusting, and clearly spoiled. Completely inedible. Some plates were over $100, yet the quality looked like it was worth $1. This felt like a scam and false advertising. On top of all this, the owner’s daughter was extremely disrespectful. There was zero respect, zero accountability, and zero professionalism when addressing the issues. Do NOT believe what you see on their social media, it is misleading and far from reality. I strongly warn anyone thinking of ordering from this catering company: don’t do it.

Mrs Hokayem, We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is important to clarify certain facts for the sake of transparency. On Christmas Eve — a particularly busy and sensitive day — we took your concerns very seriously. Out of respect for you, we personally sent a chef and the daughter of the owner to your home to listen to your concerns and calmly explain that all food safety procedures had been followed and that everything provided was safe for consumption. In addition, they brought replacement cakes and also took the time to carefully fix and rearrange a dish that had been affected by the driver’s handling during transport. This gesture goes far beyond standard practice and was made in good faith to reassure you. Unfortunately, upon their arrival, they were met with shouting, insults, and aggressive behavior, which made any constructive dialogue impossible. We are a family-owned and run business and such treatment toward our team is neither acceptable nor tolerable. We have always valued respectful communication with our clients and we take the well-being and dignity of our staff very seriously. For this reason, and after careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we can no longer accept future orders from you. We wish you all the best, and we remain committed to serving our clients with the care and professionalism for which we are known.

Great cakes, special mention for their "Chaudron" cake, everyone loves it. I recommend calling ahead to see what's in stock, of course you can always order for the next day but they'll most likely have something on hand if you're in a hurry.

Le Chaudron is a wonderful place that I only got the chance to try recently!

I first tasted the chocolate tarte at a friend’s house : it was rich and creamy and not too sweet, the sable bade was very easy to cut cleanly into

I passed by this morning to taste their croissant
I took 9 to go : 2 Zaatar, 2 cheese, 2 almond, 2 chocolate and 1 Nutella
The dough was crispy from the outside and super fluffy from the inside; although it crumbles lightly when you bite into it, the dough melts in your mouth
The filling is generous enough as well (the cheese croissant was my favorite)

I am so happy to have finally tried Le Chaudron’s items and I can’t wait to try more!
