Horrible stay. I arrive at 10:30 p.m.... no one, no answer on the phone, so reservation in the c... The next day I enter the room, no excuses, I enter the room, a horrible smell, having to sleep with the window open... a shame Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

Sir I would like to answer you because I do not have any information on your name and the date of your arrival, I cannot provide any feedback. …Sir I would like to answer you because I do not have any information on your name and the date of your arrival, I cannot provide any feedback. On the other hand, I know one thing as soon as I have a telephone number I systematically call the customer to find out what time the person is there. If the person arrives late, I explain to them how to get their key. As I do the openings and closings around 11 p.m., I am generally present. From memory, I don't remember a customer who arrived unhappy in October. Despite everything, we wish you all our best wishes for this new year. Marie NoelleMore
