Le Bilboquet, Dallas Our go-to restaurant every time we visit uptown, Le Bilboquet did not disappoint on our anniversary. Steak tartare and tomato mozzarella appetizers were delectable. The Cajun chicken with French fries, a favorite at the restaurant, was tender and a bargain at $36. We also enjoyed veal scaloppini and salmon tartare for entrees. Le Bilboquet has a nice wine list, the ambiance is warm, and the service professional. We look forward to our next visit.
