The food it’s not bad, the service is AWFUL!!! The waitress was really rude, she screamed at us in front of everyone. It’s just disrespectful. Restrooms are disgusting. I don’t recommend this place. So much better options in colmar to eat. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €30–40

Le Fer Rouge has a terrace overlooking beautiful buildings, such as the old customs building. We were served promptly and the food was served well an very tasteful. The local Pinot Gris made the meal particularly pleasant. The caveat is that the area is quite busy, and you can either accept that or not... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

Visited the restaurant today...Very surprised the staff is so irrespectful to customers but it turned out that some of the staff are likely racists....Heard one of them called an Asian girl "pute" because he thought tourists cannot understand French.....Very beautiful town but the restaurant was really disappointing and unpleasant of being treated differently just because of being an Asian. Shame on them.
