Favourite place for duck breast so far. Crisp and juicy, with a nice acidity from the minced beetroot and apple. The flavours are clear and tasty, service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is vibrant with a full view of the finishing kitchen and chefs working. Will come back. Le Foyer has been on my “to try” list for a while, so I booked it for a special family dinner, and it absolutely delivered! The booking experience was seamless and accommodating when I needed to adjust our group size. Service on the night was first class, with Fi a real standout, friendly, engaging, and incredibly professional. The food was simply divine and beautifully executed. An exceptional overall experience, easily up there with some of the best restaurants in Victoria. Great stuff Le Foyer - you nailed it! Will definitely be back.
