Landes salad served without seasoning. The waitress doesn't even know if the seasoning is there or not, she leaves with the salad and comes back with a salad drowned in an (industrial) sauce... Lamentable! Without an apology or a kind word.

Restaurant refusing to fill the water bottle of a family going on a bike ride in the heat. The boss shouts to his employee that we don't provide this kind of service... It really doesn't make you want to settle down and eat there!
