If you don't make a reservation, you can't eat it. At first, I thought I had no choice because I went there around 9 p.m. The next day, I went at 6 p.m. just in time for the opening time, but It was booked even for the counter seat. I checked Google Maps just in case, and it seemed like I had to make a reservation. Only two or more people can make a reservation. There is a counter seat, but if you go alone, it is refused. The reservation site also doesn't support English. Even though I am unhappy with tips in the U.S., I have never seen such a restaurant. Because this is Japan?

I can truly taste the soul and heart of the chef in every dish; it's incredibly thoughtful. Each plate allows the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The chef is very friendly and accommodating, especially for vegetarians. This place is definitely perfect for dates or hanging out with friends. I highly recommend trying the Naporitan pasta—it’s the best I’ve ever had, topped with a crispy fried egg(So yummy I forgot to take pic lol). Absolutely delicious! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
