My topic of the day is that you will be judged by appearance. My Cousin and I had dinner at the le Lion Belge Restaurant. It was a recommendation of our hotel. The location was pretty good and the waiter with the gray hair and white shirt was very welcoming. He talk to us in French :) so we tried it too haha. Let’s come to dinner. I’ve got a hot goat cheese salad with honey and my cousin got Flemish carbonade (like Goulash). The goat cheese was very good but the salad wasn’t really special. The price wasn’t worth it. The Flemish carbonade was very fatty so it wasn’t that good as well. The classic Pinot Gris 2020 was really really good so try it. It’s worth it!! When we asked for a bottle, we were only looked at diagonally as if we couldn't afford it. So he repeat at two times.. When the waiter gave us the dessert card even though we didn't want anything, he let us sit for another 45 minutes and ignored us. It was the same as we wanted to pay. We had to get up and go to the front. The waiter with the black hair and beard was very inexperienced, rude and disrespectful.
