As soon as you notified us of a problem with your dishes, we redid them twice, in order to satisfy you as best as possible. You consumed the dishes despite your negative feedback, and our chef came personally to inquire about your preferences and offer to take the dish in question and remove it from your bill. We understand that this situation may have been frustrating for you, but please know that our intention was to provide you with the best possible service. The chef wanted to ensure that your meal was to your liking and had no intention of being unpleasant. However, it is not acceptable to make a scene by pretending to be assaulted and expressing your "feeling of shame in front of your children" in order to pay only 10% of your meal bill. Our dishes may not have been to your liking, but enjoyed enough for you to finish two plates.
