We were passing through Puy-En-Velay for the evening and we needed a room to sleep in, all the hotels in the town being full we headed to this hotel which awaited our arrival late in the evening so that we could allow us to have a place to sleep. This proves the great generosity and professionalism of this hotel. In terms of the room, the decor is certainly a little old but quite honestly that is not even a criterion when this hotel "saves" us from a night under the stars. Beautiful experience. Although the hotel has maintained its original decor, the hospitality and experience overpowers the dated furniture. Madam Coffy is devoted to make every person coming into the hotel more than welcome. She was very kind and professional. The hotel is spacious and has a big open area to explore if you like nature. Very welcoming space for kids and pets. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you! Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
