He should better supervise who rents rooms. On Halloween there were a good fifty people, if not more, who had to wait for nothing when the organizer of the event could have said it was sold out! So 1 hour of my life waiting to finally get back on board with lots of other people, mostly young people . It was pitiful to see that. Plus the ladies were completely frozen . Improvement is required, thank you!
