Come here for some rest after a long walk around Museum of Letters and Manuscripts (Musee des Lettres et Manuscrits). If you like French and Italian cuisines, you should visit this restaurant. Best Italian Restaurant we've found in Paris. (That's a big statement, but it's a sentiment shared by multiple other friends who travel to Paris as well) Le Perron is a gem of an Italian restaurant in the 6th/7th arrondesmont. They make all pasta in-house, offer truffles when in season and beyond their typical menu provide a multitude of specials depending on what's fresh and in season. Beyond the excellent food, their Italian wine list is robust and covers a reasonable price range. Equally important is that's it's a spacious and comfortable restaurant in an otherwise cramped neighborhood of restaurants. I'm a tourist, I know, so like every other tourist Yelp review they seem to always come in at 5 stars, BUT Le Perrone deserves all of them.
