As soon as I came home and saw a visual of poutine, I felt like I was going to be satisfied. I had the 3 meat poutine. The cook (lady with the headband) was very welcoming and seemed to love what she was doing. The poutine was very good. Homemade fries cooked just right, good sauce, delicious meats (I particularly appreciated the smoky taste) and fantastic cheese (a little skouik skouik and melting).
