We stayed just outside of Rognes for two weeks and dined here twice. That you can find a restaurant of this quality in a tiny village in Provence is exactly what Provence is all about. Both meals were exceptional. This place has a bib and should have a star - it's just that good. The kitchen is open to the dining room and tiny - enough room for just 3 chefs - and it simply delivers. A different 3 course meal offered each day. Go and you will not be disappointed. Had a wonderful meal at Le Préau! It feels rare these days to walk into a restaurant and see this level of incredible passion, energy, and pride from the entire staff. They clearly love what they do and they do it well... the food was delicious and the service was warm and genuine. Look forward to returning!
