I wouldn’t really call this a breakfast spot, since their menu is more about fatte, foul, balila, hummus, and eggs, which they serve all morning and into lunchtime. But one thing is for sure, the name Le Professeur couldn’t be more fitting. Once you’ve tasted their food, you’ll see that these guys are absolute pros at what they do. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot on, and the service is just as warm and welcoming. You instantly feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. That being said, the only real downside is the cleanliness especially behind the counter, in the kitchen, and up in the prep area. It doesn’t take away from how good the food is, but it’s something you’ll definitely notice. So if you’re picky about spotless kitchens, then this might not be your cup of tea, even though the food itself is absolutely fantastic.
