Hello Leva,thank you so much for this wonderful review!I’m really happy to read that you discovered Le Rasole as a hidden gem, just a little away from the bustle of Garda. I know that the drive can feel a bit unexpected at first, but it is exactly this quiet position, surrounded by greenery, that makes the atmosphere so special for us.Thank you also for mentioning our cuisine and the little twists we like to add to traditional dishes. The lake fish and chips and the parmigiana are two good examples of what we try to do every day, starting from familiar ideas and giving them our own personality.I’m especially glad you appreciated the tiramisu. We prepare it with pasteurized eggs and without alcohol precisely so that more guests can enjoy it safely and without worries, including pregnant women.Your words about the team, the English service and the attention to allergies and dietary requirements mean a lot to us. Making people feel welcomed, understood and relaxed at the table is one of the most important parts of our work.Thank you again for your beautiful words and for the 10 out of 10.
