Disloyal and unworthy. I had reserved 2 rooms with double bed 2 months ago, I was kind enough to confirm our arrival last week due to the political context, the director assured me that he had these 2 rooms. We were accommodated in a vague studio located in a common courtyard whose comfort does not even deserve 1 star (see my comment on the rooms). The manager nevertheless presented me with a bill for 2 rooms at ¬133 each, I had to demand and I obtained to pay only one night because unfortunately we spent the night there having no other choice. I am outraged by the casual and disloyal behavior of management. Knowing I was unhappy, the son of the owner who was to take over the establishment conscientiously avoided me!! I don't understand why the 3 stars of this hotel could have been renewed in June 2023. Rooms: The director had confirmed 2 rooms with double bed for me, we were accommodated in a kind of studio located in a common courtyard with comfort unworthy of 3 stars. A large bed on the mezzanine and a shower cabin from the 80s (no mixer), 2 beds of 70 on the ground floor arranged between worktops dismantled from an old kitchen. A WC of questionable cleanliness and a shower cubicle which leaks and where there is no hot water, all in a corner accessible by going down 2 steps. No shutters or curtains, interior visible to neighbors in the courtyard. a glass front door closing with a vague latch. Safety: Common courtyard, unsecured front door (glass and unsecured latch for closing) Walkability: 4 steps up to access the front door, 2 steps down to access the WC and shower, miller's ladder type staircase to access the mezzanine. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
