We stopped by on a Saturday morning and loved every second of it. Quick line outside, beautiful space inside - great lighting, wide open kitchen where you can see the pastries being made fresh. The selection was impressive and everything we got was genuinely delicious. Really warm staff too. One of those places you just know you’ll keep coming back to. Excellent crusty breads, the texture is mind blowing! Every time we come to Tokyo we must stop by Le Ressort! Anything baguette is wow! Had the honey and cheese bread too the texture was amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
