Propably the cheapest beer in Rabat, 16D for a small Speciale. TV would be good for football if they find a working stream. Smoking inside, of course. Price per person: MAD 100–150 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It's a lively bar full of only locals and great music. Very cool place to have a drink, we were the only tourists there.
