Le Rollon, at the center of Rouen and Norman history. We immediately think of local inking, a bit of terroir in the glasses... No. No local beer, however numerous, neither bottled nor on tap. The very question is worth a look of disdain and contempt... Cider then? Of course, but bottled and... Breton!!! No need to spit on "Le Rollon", the manager does it himself. It is no longer contempt for Normandy and the Normans, it is hatred!
