Friendly and attentive service, excellent food and drink, and the restaurant gave us a discount. We made a reservation online. We had the grilled squid, crusted lamb chops, and the tiramisu alla romana – everything was flavourful and delicious! A lot of the items served here are not what you would find in restaurants nearby. You can tell the chef put a lot of love and passion into the cooking. It may be a bit pricey to dine here, but you definitely get value for money, and you will find that the ingredients are very fresh. The servers even gave us complimentary amuse-bouche and a palette cleanser, which were a nice touch to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very chilled and relaxing. It’s also convenient that we were staying in the hotel, so we did not have to commute anywhere. Temperature at the bar and restaurant – we found the air conditioning to be very strong, and even the servers found it a bit cold. You’ll just need to remember to bring a sweater or coat if you intend to sit for awhile (maybe it’s the perfect temperature during the super hot summers). Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! I visited Le Spighe yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We started with some very good cocktails, and the evening only got better from there. The food was delicious, honest, and excellent value for the quality, with a great wine selection. The atmosphere was beautiful, with live music that made the night feel even more special. The highlight, however, was the service. Our waiter, Vincenzo — if I remember correctly — was outstanding: kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
