Review: Awesome Spaetzle. Rustic pasta, crisped up, with your choice of meat, cheese, and toppings. Get the Munster cheese and Bacon for an authentic experience. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. FYI — there isn’t a ticketing system, but the cashier somehow remembers which orders go where! Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hours are extremely inconsistent, google times appear to be significantly different to actual opening hours. Presented at 9:30 to be told opening starts at 11:30, came back at 3pm to a clean and closed up shop. Understand that these times are unconventional but there is no timing shown in person and Google says 0900hrs to 1700hrs. I was excited to try this restaurant, and there are no alternative locations to try Spaetzle in Colmar. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
