In general I'm sorry to give bad reviews but unfortunately I have to say that we had a bad meal. We had dinner on 11/16/2024. The staff are all very kind and friendly but that's not enough. Various types of pasta all cooked really badly, the seasoning is good overall but the cooking is completely wrong (truffle tagliolini inedible); carpaccio equally poorly seasoned (very salty and sour). Presumably frozen pizza and focaccia. In practice we left almost everything. The cold cuts platter, however, is good. In short, it's fine for an aperitif but not really a dinner. But I am sure of one thing: our products are all fresh and made on the spot like the focaccias or bread that we make. We only work with small companies in our area and we are proud to help our farmer or butcher friends. I don't know what to tell you about cooking pasta, we use Gragnano pasta made with Italian flours. If you found it inedible you could have mentioned it at the time, we would have tried to accommodate you. Thank you for taking the time to help us anyway. More
