Hello, Our fries are fresh and cooked in beef fat, seasoned the way we do it here. We understand this may surprise if one expected standard frites, but we'd rather be reproached for having character than for having none. Tap water isn't served in Belgium; that's not a refusal, it's geography. We do regret the cooking of your burger and that the wait felt long, and we take note.
