Our stay here was for one night to break up a journey from our place in Flaine to our home in Oxford, and what a very pleasant surprise. The room is superb, comfortable, clean, well presented and the on-suite is just perfect. I would suggest that the owners consider adding in sockets with USB ports as a great touch however (we left our adaptors in Flaine) Great check in process outside the main entrance, and the restaurant for a buffet breakfast was great. The coffee is really nice, its the little details the owners have taken care of that makes the difference, the ladies in the restaurant are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Overall, this is a very pleasant, affordable and comfortable hotel, if you find yourself in Dunkirk, this is the hotel to stay in. Rooms: Clean, comfortable, practical and very pleasant. Safety: Very safe, electronic entrance to building and rooms, no way for unwelcome visitors. Walkability: Very close to all amenities, if you are here on business or pleasure, perfect location. Food & drinks: Food and drinks superb. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Good value for money at both the hotel and restaurant. Friendly service as well. Would definitely recommend Aux Waterzooi.
