You see, for us "exceptional" is when someone chooses our restaurant and sits at our tables. He is welcomed by our staff, all students who, however, work. You can choose to sit in the internal room, or to enjoy our outdoor space directly on the medieval square, completely empty of cars at this time of year. In addition to other dishes, you can enjoy our Tagliatelle, those made with Jervicella flour, an ancient grain with excellent nutritional characteristics, low in gluten and rich in fibre, therefore highly digestible, also cultivated and stone ground by expert hands by the handful km from our city. It's all so naturally simple, genuine and respecting tradition that makes us proud. Maybe next time, if he decides to return, he will be able to better recognize our qualities.
