What a gem of a place and and even lovelier owner. I'd definitely recommend Lezat if you have a craving for authentic Indonesian food and hospitality. The nasi goreng is outstanding, and is packed with aromatic spices and flavours. If you're less adventurous, Nuri also offers South African favourites like steak roti specials, curries and rotis. The portions are generous, prices very reasonable, but truly, it's the fact that Nuri makes you feel like you've known her since childhood, that is magnetic! The moment you step into this establishment, you are greeted by the warm ambiance and the delightful aroma of authentic Indonesian cuisine. What sets LeZaT apart is not just its delectable dishes but the unique blend of cultures that fuel its culinary magic. As a Halaal establishment, it caters to a diverse clientele, emphasizing inclusivity. The menu is a gastronomic journey through Indonesia, featuring iconic dishes like NASI GORENG (Fried Rice), MIE GORENG (Noodles), MIE KUAH (Soup Noodles), PRAWN CURRY, Grilled PRAWN, SOTO (MEDAN)/COCONUT SOUP, NASI LIWET/Rice Dishes, Rendang, and an array of other Indonesian delights. Each dish is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients that transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Indonesia. One standout aspect of LeZaT is the commitment to freshness. Despite the complexity of flavors and the richness of each dish, meals are prepared with precision, taking around 30 minutes for main courses and a mere 10 minutes for desserts. The wait is a testament to the dedication to quality, and it's safe to say that the food is well worth every minute.
