My fiancé and I have visited the Leadburn Inn on a few occasions and every visit the food has been amazing! Varied menu and it doesn't take ages for food to arrive. Staff also very friendly and attentive to your needs. It's a 30 min drive from our house but worth the trip!

We dined here on a sunday evening for my husbands birthday.We have been before and loved it.The food is homecooked and amazing.The staff are very polite and helpful.We love it here and will keep going back:)

Starters were great....lots of choice.....I had prawn and smoked salmon....my husband had a haggis dish....both were delicious. Main course...my husband had steak pie which was great....I had the special......lemon sole with roast potatoes and buttered broccoli and garlic butter. It was a bit dry.......don't think there was any garlic butter on the dish? The potatoes were frozen and dry.....I didn't eat them. Dessert we shared a special mojito cheesecake which came with a lime jelly and lemon sorbet......was absolutely gorgeous!
