The waitress should be less visible during actual dinner. We appreciated food explanation. As usual superb dishes to share or indulge by yourself. Such a unique experience eating at Lee restaurant. Me and my brother came here celebrating him moving to Toronto, so we were very excited and curious to what to order. Our waitress suggested we order 2 apps and one large plate to share, which was perfect for us. The signature Singapore slaw was totally worth ordering, it is an explosion of fresh vibrant flavors, totally mind blowing. Our 2nd app was the lobster dragon dumplings which came half fried and steamed, also a great dish with the chili oils. Our large plate was the peppercorn steak, which comes medium rare and with a fried mushroom dumpling (super delicious too). We decided to try their signature Tong Yuen dessert dumplings as well to end it off. Overall, we are very happy we decided to try chef Susur Lee’s flagship restaurant, every dish was filled with so much flavor and were all unique. Definitely come try out Lee for a special occasion. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$90–100
