Visited the furniture department 2nd June to purchase new sofa, excellent choice as usual, we were served by Andrew a very helpful and pleasant gentleman. Excellent shopping experience as always. We will be back soon.

Called into Leekes whilst passing through & decided to eat at The Gallery cafe for lunch on 7th May 2026 The blonde lady with arm tattoos serving behind the counter were extremely rude! I was taken aback how discourteous she was. Quite frankly she should reconsider if she should be customer facing. Such a shame. Its clearly a lovely furniture store, but this has tarnished our view

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and will be looking into this further with our team to ensure it’s addressed appropriately. If you could please let us know the date and time in which you visited, so this information can be passed on to the store manager for review. Thank you
