Stopped in while staying across the street. Ms Ebony is amazing and the wine was great! Music was a great vibe for a laid back early evening feel! Will be back tonight for the live band. Highly recommend Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not good. Not much of a wine bar at all. Only positive praise I'll give this place is the nice decor. Avoid

Drove from Buffalo, NY this past weekend to find the Legacy Wine Bar closed on Saturday 8/2/25, you even had a flyer stating you would be open for a all linen event that happens every 1st of the month. I even talked to someone that Thursday to see if I needed reservations. Very disappointed!
