After a long walk around Chikko Hachimangu Shrine, visit this restaurant and have a rest here. Legare is famous for serving Italian cuisine. Trying perfectly cooked spaghetti carbonara, Italian pasta and vegetable salads is what a number of guests advise. You will be offered delicious wine. Great coffee is worth a try here.

Had such a great experience at Legare. If I could rate it over 5 then I honestly would. The food was honestly amazing from start to finish. The pasta was super flavorful and definitely a must try if you’re in the area. The steak was cooked perfectly really tender and juicy and one of my favorite dishes of the night. The soup was also really unique, not something you get everywhere, and it tasted just as good as it looked. And the strawberry tiramisu so good. Light, not too sweet, and a perfect way to end the meal. On top of that, the atmosphere was really nice cozy, warm, and a great vibe overall. Easily a 5-star spot would 100% go back. That’s a shame I cannot give more than 5 stars, I sent a message on Instagram to book for 2, when we arrive for dinner (a birthday dinner I might add) The restaurant is superb ! We ordered the big omakase (2 pasta and one meat) , and it was the best thing ever, the restaurant added truffles and gnocchi because I mentioned it was a favorite, we were so touched by this gesture, the birthday was really memorable. Superb food and fresh pasta, the Ragu was insanely good, everything fast and delicious. We’d come back here in a second. To summarise, that’s one of the best restaurant you can do, and the wine and beer selection is good !! I had never seen an Italian omakase before. Thank you for the best memories. My husband and I happened upon this restaurant during our stay in Tamano. Everything was outstanding. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Each bite had complex flavor, while still being light and well-balanced. Additionally, the restaurant had a cozy log cabin atmosphere, which we found charming. Finally, the service was the best we've had in all of Japan! Our server was so kind and patient with us, even though we did not speak Japanese. She translated the dish descriptions to English so that we could understand what ingredients were in each course. It was so kind of her to do so! Overall, would highly recommend this restaurant.
