Had to ask the staff if we could order after being ignored by the two women staff who were sitting at the table behind us. Waited 25 minutes for two bacon baguettes. There was only 8 other people in shop. Man with his daughter had to try to get their attention three times to order toast. Bacon wasn’t warm enough, baguette had been retoasted to make crispy but was too tough. This is second time i have been here as very local, but never again. Overpriced, not good enough. Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the 20-minute wait for your food; our kitchen was managing a sudden influx of large tables (6, 2, 2 outside) and takeaway orders at that moment, though we accept we should have handled your order more efficiently. To clarify, our team was giving you time to look over the menu and converse with your partner, and did not mean to leave you feeling ignored. We also pride ourselves on offering great value to our local community—at £14.60 for two bacon baguettes and two teas, our pricing remains highly competitive with other cafes in the area. We regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate the feedback.

Unfortunately I have just had lunch there and found several human hairs in my food instead of returning my money they offered another meal. One Customer sitting there said he would call the police if I didn’t pay. Shocking.
