What a wonderful wine bar in the heart of Riga‘s old town district. My best friend and I have saved this location far before our arrival in Riga and have paused our legs from discovering Riga, on a Sunday afternoon. The bar, service staff, wine and interior/ambiente were exceptionally nice. We‘ll come back before departure to taste other wines and we will tell our friends to go and see the ”Legs Or Tears“ wine bar. Price per person: €10–15 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
