Very disappointing experience. The service was poor from the moment we arrived. We ordered eggs on toast, but the food arrived spicy and was not enjoyable to eat. We also ordered a Spanish latte, which was overly sweet and practically undrinkable. In addition, we ordered two croissants. We waited for more than 30 minutes, and every time we asked about them, we were told “just 10 more minutes.” Eventually, the croissants never arrived, and we decided to leave. What disappointed us the most was the staff’s attitude. There was no professionalism, no apology, and they did not seem to care that we were unhappy with the experience.
