I visited Lemon Tree Restaurant at Sahara Centre, Sharjah, with my friends today, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food, which should normally take 10–15 minutes, was not served even after we waited for more than 45 minutes. We repeatedly asked the staff for an update, but there was no proper explanation, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. The customer service was extremely poor and completely unacceptable. We ended up wasting a lot of our time because of the restaurant's poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their customer service and respect their customers' time. Service: 1

Very disappointing food and service. We had to wait more than 45 minutes for our food, while the staff seemed to prioritize delivery orders over dine-in customers. What was even more concerning was the hygiene. The waiter was clearing tables and handling leftover food, then serving food to other customers without properly washing or sanitizing his hands. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. I hope the management improves both the service and hygiene standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shawarma taste good, the problem is only one hand using gloves,and one touching the food without gloves, a typical cafeteria, with unhygenic practices in the workplace.. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
