Good afternoon, We’re really sorry this happened and that your experience wasn’t a good one. At our café, we brew filter coffee fresh every two hours. We also use a double-walled metal thermos to keep it hot for longer, and we always preheat the equipment before brewing. In any case, we’d love to make it up to you — please let us treat you to a complimentary drink. Sorry again for the experience, and thank you for your feedback.
