03/30/2024 It is in its wine bar where you can try the well-known Posada del León de Oro stew. In it, chickpeas are the star product, maintaining the leading role, although accompanied by bacon, meat and vegetables, as well as piparra, which “It helps cleanse the palate between the different ingredients to better appreciate the flavor of each part of the dish.” It is a three-part recipe made up of typical ingredients that are cooked slowly until a unique and most traditional flavor is achieved. This stew is served in a space with history, crossed by Madrid's 12th-century Christian wall and crowned by an old 19th-century corrala. Its stew is available from the month of October to May, specifically on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The price per person is €19.90.

Good service with a cozy bar to have an aperitif with some great gildas. At the restaurant we ordered a plate of ham and Madrid stew. It wasn't bad but it wasn't excellent either. Fair soup with plenty of noodles. The meat and chicken are tender but with little flavor. Three slices of chorizo and three of blood sausage. Normal potato, chickpeas and cabbage. The truth was not exceptional. For dessert, a normal torrija and a chocolate coulant with spectacular ice cream. We didn't stay but as a hotel it seemed nice. Service: 4 Location: 4
