We are a family of three and had just lunch at Leonardo. The food was very tasty, but the service is not acceptable- very little attention to the guests, not welcoming and borderline rude. They welcomed us with 'what do you want'? I've had visited Leonardo several times across two years and I feel this is the standard. The management should focus on providing appropriate training for their employees treating the guests at Leonardo. This place has such a potential so it's disappointing seeing it underperforming in terms of service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Kč 400–500 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
