Very disappointing experience. I came here through Too Good To Go and was surprised to be charged an extra €0.50 for the takeaway box, which was never mentioned in advance. This is unacceptable — the price shown on the app should already include basic packaging. I have been using Too Good To Go for a long time and have never encountered this before, not even after living in Italy for two years. It feels misleading and unfair to customers. Transparency matters. I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
