You can visit this restaurant after seeing Museum of History and Art. You will like its food, especially good maple-candied bacon, chicken chops and bisque. Make a change from your traditional meal and order tasty bread pudding, brioche toasts and banana pudding at Leroy's Kitchen and Lounge. You will be offered delicious port wine, martinis or Moscow mule. Most likely, you'll come back to this place later to taste great French coffee, press coffee or lemonade.

I found Leroy's a couple years back when I was vacationing in San Diego. Absolute BEST deviled eggs I've ever had in my life. I always make this place a "must-stop" whenever I'm visiting the San Diego area. I came back recently... June of this year and they were closed. Looks like another restaurant will be opening up in its place. You can see the updated info on their website.

The food may be amazing but most likely not to health department standards. The owners have condoned serving out of date meat which I’m sure after this review they’ll throw out everything and be on their best behavior. Allow rat problems to manifest as no big deal. In short the owners aren’t good people borderline predatory. Using positions of power to their advantage with ice cream store employees next door as well as Leroy’s. Did I mention infidelity? No need for a forensics team just put a black light to the inside of the ice cream truck and you can find some DNA along with someone’s drivers license that’s between 18-23 years old. You’re welcome everyone.

So I went to Leroy's kitchen and lounge I was so disappointed the meal I ordered the food was so expensive for what I received on my plate I ordered the scallops and I received three scallops I was like wtf this should be called an appetizer and should be way less atmosphere was fine but literally if I go again it will be during happy hour when things on the menu are lower what a let down come down to earth with those pretentious ass prices and relax
