My opinion concerns the restaurant: simply magnificent and authentic place. The estate park is superb and in the evening with the lights it is even more beautiful. The welcome is warm from the family and they immediately know how to welcome us into their paradise. An authentic menu with homemade charcuterie as well as donuts then we move on to a rib of beef cooked over a wood fire and a goat in sauce, both accompanied by a succulent zucchini gratin. All this accompanied by the estate's wine: the Clos Finidori which is excellent. An unforgettable and timeless moment. I can only recommend you and thank you to this adorable family who are passionate about their work. We will come back. We recommend this place, when you are seated on the terrace time seems to stand still, it is a simply magical place. Marc always there to welcome you with a bit of humor and sharing. In the kitchen, Christine prepares delicious dishes with passion and love where most of the products come from their estate. Because they have been able to surround themselves with their children who have developed a wine growing area as well as different pig, goat and cow farms, which they are happy to introduce you to. We also thank Ouda and Louis their seasonal workers who are always there to serve you and advise you with a smile, two very pleasant people. In a word, if we return to Corsica we will not hesitate again to book a room at the estate where there is a lovely warm atmosphere.
