Kennen gelernt haben wir den Chef in den 80ern auf dem La Mer, ganz bescheiden mit einer kleinen leckeren Küche, dann der große Sprung zum Les Chimères in gemütlicher Atmosphäre und immer noch der selbe sympathische Mensch ???? bitte noch ganz lange weiter so ????????????
