Les Enfants Rouges is a Parisian fine dining spot that merges French and Japanese influences to create an innovative and delicious cuisine. The ambiance is warm and convivial, with a cozy atmosphere and attentive service from the charming bilingual wait staff. The interior design is simple yet elegant, with a mix of traditional French and Japanese elements that create a unique and inviting space. The price range is fair, considering the quality of the used products and the outstanding cuisine. The establishment is located in the Marais district, on a hidden street that adds to its charm.

Special features include an interesting wine list that offers nice selections to compliment the food, at very reasonable prices. The "assemblage" was a perfect accompaniment to the foie gras starter. The menu mixes French and Japanese influences with great success. Notable dishes include the lamb terrine, cold pea soup with burrata cheese, turbot in tempura batter, and the apple Chou with crème patisserie and beautiful tiny strands of meringue. The cocktail list includes some sake-based cocktails and French rice wine, such as the "assemblage."

Overall, Les Enfants Rouges is a hidden gem in Paris that offers a delightful culinary experience with a unique twist. It's a must-visit for those looking for an innovative and delicious cuisine that blends French and Japanese influences.

Stellar experience, our lunch was outstanding from beginning to end. Great service, all dishes exceeded expectations, from appetizers (duck ham was delightful) to dessert (black cherries with frozen yogurt), wine was also great. Presentation was very refined perfectly mixing french and japanese cuisine. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €90–100
