Everytime I have left wishing I had never went. I work close to lettuce eat and have been 6-7 times. The first time was fine, roll and sausage easy enough. But everytime after that they have managed to ruin the order. I went today for lunch, the woman burnt the Toastie to bits and she just quickly put it in a bag and gave it to me - completely unedible. They have a large menu but rarely have the full stock, tried to get prawns once and was told they never order them in as they get wasted when no one buys them (well why do you have it all over your menu). Another time they completely forgot the chicken in my chicken and chirozo sandwich. On the same occasion my friend got a baked potato with tuna and cheese, they forgot the tuna. The place is always empty - no wonder, and there is definite room for a bit more staff training on how to deal with customers. Never again will I visit lettuce eat. Today was the last straw!!

If you want a good sandwich go to operetta/tescos/the wee shop 2 doors down/make your own. You won't be getting it from lettuce eat!
