Sign on the door says they closed because they can't find enough workers. I liked the hole in the wall, and really hope they are able to reopen. Otherwise it's sadly just another pandemic victim.

Hit or miss with this place lately ever since their no longer sam woo's. Our family has been coming here for over 20 years without complaints but their quality and consistent flavor is no longer there. This post is for the last six times we got food here. Example my wife loves the sweet and sour fish and not once has the flavor or color or texture been the same.

Yeah I think I'm finally done with this place. Today we ordered a bunch of food and most of it was a miss rather than a hit. Beef chow fun - this was okay, some spots a little salty and the noodles were a bit over cooked and falling apart, had to mix everything together to make it taste semi alright Mongolian beef - this thing is supposed to be sautéed in green onion and onion, but all I tasted was ginger. Every bite. Every piece of meat, tastes like ginger. I think there was more ginger in there than onion. Crab with fish maw soup - for the price of this soup I expect it to taste delicious, but it wasn't even edible. Someone said it needed salt, someone else said it tasted like soap.. when I tasted it it tasted like bathroom/toilet/sewage, I gagged so bad. I told my dad not to even eat it since he has a sensitive stomach, and I didn't eat more than a taste. DISGUSTING!! Pork chop with spicy salt - still lots of bone shards, the meat wasn't even cooked right, it was greasy and tasted like someone made it hours before and let it sit, gross. Squid with spicy salt - this was over cooked and chewy, barely edible. Yang chow fried rice and Black mushroom with vegetable - these were fine, tastes the same as usual but hard to screw up. This was a pretty bad pickup job when half the food is inedible. I think we are done going here and ready to find a new Chinese food spot.
