We learned about “Level Beer,” from enjoying their offerings at Amaro’s Table in Castlerock. Level Beer = 5 outta 5! We were able to meet a couple of their brewmasters and they were congenial! I have to tell you, they *know what they’re doing and have passion! While there, we enjoyed #3 Bad Hombre, the Mexican lager, and #4 the Pixelated Pale Ale. Both of which were excellent. The background music = truly eclectic. From punk to Indy, more like background noise, unless you’re paying attention, which I tend to do. Good stuff.
