AVOID!!!! After waiting about a 1 month for a call from management ive given up! Worst service ive ever recieved! Food took hours to arrive!! And when it did some of us had nearly finished before the rest was bought out!!! Beans on toast, if i can even call it that, took an extra half an hour and was cold! I would be embarrassed if i owned this place!! If you cant cater for customers wanting to eat, dont serve food!!!! Will not be back thats for sure!

Food was awful, all meals came out at separate times.. Chicken not cooked on a couple of our meals, as well as cold food!! Completely unorganised... We were there for unfortunately about 2hours, staff were lovely and tried to help at first very apologetic! Got free deserts which were just as awful came out wrong and over cooked after waiting ages again, also witnessing the staff going to the shop next door to get pancake mix most unorganised place iv ever been it! Definitely will not be coming back

After an hour waiting for food, it arrived in dribs and drabs. Childrens food (3 meals) was all cooked ok. Adult meals arrived in another three stages,adult meatballs only had 4 meatballs which were burnt and spaghetti was very over cooked, chicken was over cooked and dry,chips were reheated, steak and blue cheese salad had burnt steak and cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese. Will never return left hungry and disappointed. Gave 2 stars as cocktail are OK. But new chef not making a positive impression.
